Fair Pricing, No Fix No fee
You only pay if we make a difference (a good one!)
Too many so called hardware and software experts want to charge you before they
even get to look at your problem. We do not work like that. You tell
us the problem, we take a look, if it can be fixed you give us the go ahead and
then you pay on completion. No up front fees here.
Flat Rate Pricing
We have a fixed rate and honest pricing structure. The first hour is
a fixed price and then we charge per 30 mins thereafter. The difference here
is that we only accumulate extra time when we are physically working on your problem
on site. You are not charged for automated processes offsite. For example
if we are running a deep running diagnostics, copying data or running automated
hard drive recovery (which can in some cases take several days) - there is no charge
for that time. You only pay for human time working on your issue.
All preliminary diagnostics and evaluations are FREE when performed offsite
at our premises. Onsite will be charged at our normal rates below.

$100 Fixed price for first hour (up to 60 minutes)
